Membership

• Free membership costs nothing and has no minimum spend.
• Paid plans are charged monthly in AUD (GST included) through Stripe and renew automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time on the Membership page. Your benefits continue until the end of the billing period you have paid for, then your account returns to Free. You are not charged again after cancelling. We do not refund part-months.
• We will tell you in the app or by email before we change a plan's price or benefits. Price changes apply from your next billing period.

Member benefits

• Monthly perk items are collected in store at HKS using the claim code shown in the app. If an item is out of stock we may offer an item of similar value.
• The points multiplier applies to eligible purchases made in store while your plan is active.
• Monthly giveaway tickets are added to that month's giveaway.

TCG points

• TCG points are earned on in-store purchases at HKS.
• Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred to another person, and can only be used at HKS.
• Points are lost if you delete your HKS Club account.

Rewards

Rewards are redeemed with points in the app and collected in store with the claim code shown. Rewards are subject to stock.

Monthly giveaways (Queensland trade promotion)

• Promoter: HKS Innovation PTY LTD (details above).
• Eligibility: Australian residents aged 18 or over with an HKS Club account. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.
• How to enter: every member, including Free members, receives monthly giveaway tickets at no cost. Paid plans receive extra tickets. Members can also exchange points earned in store for extra tickets while the giveaway is open. No purchase is needed to enter.
• Each giveaway runs for one calendar month (Brisbane time) and closes at the end of that month.
• After closing, winners are drawn at random by our system. Each ticket is one chance and each member can win at most one prize per draw. The three members holding the most tickets also receive the leaderboard gifts listed for that month.
• Winners are notified in the app with a claim code. Prizes are collected in store within 30 days of the draw. Prizes not claimed in time may be redrawn.
• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. If a prize becomes unavailable we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• Apple and Google are not sponsors of, and are not involved in, any HKS Club giveaway.

SMS and notifications

As an HKS customer we may send you an SMS about HKS Club. Reply STOP to any of our messages to opt out. Order and repair updates are service messages and are still sent. You can turn off push notifications in the app or in system settings.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time and will show the new date at the top of this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
